I installed and enabled the Wordfence Security plugin on a working website to improve security, and followed the wizard to enable advanced firewall mode. However, shortly after enabling it, I encountered a "403 Forbidden" error when trying to log in to the backend, refreshing the page did not work, and I could not access the wp-admin backend even after switching networks.
Further investigation revealed that Wordfence's firewall rules misinterpreted some normal login behaviors as attacks (e.g. multiple login attempts, use of Chinese paths, etc.) and temporarily blacklisted IPs, which resulted in me being blocked from accessing the backend myself.
How is this problem going to be solved?
